Two-Step Forming Chapter Application Process
01 FORMING CHAPTER MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT & REFERENCES
Use the form on this page to enter your Contact Information, Membership Payment and Business Reference Check information. An email will be sent to outline the rest of the application process for you.
02 BNI CHAPTER SELECTION & APPLICATION
Select the BNI Forming Chapter that you want to apply to on the form using the chapter drop down list. If you do not know the forming chapter name or need help finding a forming chapter, contact BNI Placement Assistance at [email protected] to receive assistance in finding the best forming chapter that fits you and your business needs. Follow the instructions on the BNI Membership Application page. After completing the online Membership Application, you will be sent an email with a PDF copy of your application.
Your information will then be forwarded to the selected BNI Chaper's Membership Committee to be consider for acceptance. You can continue attending the chapter until your renewal is complete. If your renewal was not accepted, a placement specialist may reach out to help you find a new one. If you were not accepted into any chapter, we will reverse the charges.
